This was my second time buying a house. They helped me sell my condo in 9 days, so I could upgrade to a single family house. They helped in staging with great ideas that upgraded my unit drastically. My wife and I were both completely satisfied and amazed with the service that Ana provided for us. First and foremost, I am not one to regularly write reviews for anything or anyone, so that in itself should speak volumes for her. We had been trying to buy a house for a few years and had worked with a few different agents, but none of them seemed to be doing anything to really help, outside of bringing us to different houses etcetera. From the moment we met Ana, she had us going to several different addresses and giving much needed input or advice for us, as we are first time buyers. An added bonus is she is bilingual. My wife is more comfortable speaking Spanish and I English, so that was Awesome! She was patient with all of our questions and fully expressed the answers in both languages. Super helpful! Especially since I would have had a really hard time repeating them in a way she could understand. Within the first few houses we went to, we "made an offer" and it was accepted. Sheer terror ensued. Ana was very understanding and helped to ease our mind about our decision and ultimately we purchased our first home. If and when we decide to purchase another property, you had better believe we will be calling Ana.

I was working with a different realtor. After a long search of houses. I found one that I really liked but I was turned down by the same realtor due to the fact that it is a solid foundation pre-manufactured home realtor told me it was going to very difficult to get a loan and to get approved for this home. Long story short. That's when I contacted Ana. She was able to get me the house that I want. She made all the process very simple. When she was dealing the price she was able to lower the house price and also dealt repairs so the selling party will go half on repairs. Ana is very knowledgeable, the communication is great. and the whole process was smooth. I most definitely recommend her. Thanks Ana for getting me my now home.

We wanted to buy our first home in bay area. We knew from the beginning that it would be a difficult task to find a good home due to housing shortage in the area. We were lucky to work with Ana Reynoso, because she made it extremely easy. She is well aware of the market conditions and very smart and competent to struck a good deal.
